Becoming a seller
Open your storefront and connect payouts — the one-time setup before anything can be listed.
Selling starts with a seller profile — your public storefront identity — and payment onboarding so money can reach you.
Your storefront
Choose a store slug (your storefront's address), a display name, a description, and a support email buyers can reach. One storefront per account; everything you sell lives under it, so its reputation compounds across your products.
Set the support email to something a teammate can also watch. Buyer questions answered fast become reviews; questions that sit become refunds.
Connecting payouts
Payments run on Stripe. You'll complete a Stripe onboarding flow that verifies your identity and banking details — the same kind of onboarding any payment platform requires. Two switches flip as you progress:
- Charges enabled — buyers can pay for your products.
- Payouts enabled — money can be sent to your bank.
Your seller status moves from Pending to Active as onboarding completes. You can draft products while Pending, but offers can't go live — and payouts can't be requested — until you're Active with payouts enabled.
