What the bell counts and how to keep it useful.

The bell in the top bar counts what needs your attention: inbox conversations awaiting review, approvals waiting on you, and follow-ups that have come due.

Getting to zero

Open the bell to see the list; each entry links straight to the thing that needs you. Acting on it clears it — there's no separate “mark as read” housekeeping to do.
