AI suggestions and approvals

The insights feed is where the application surfaces things it noticed on its own: a customer who's gone quiet, a job trending late, a pattern worth a look. Each insight tells you what was found, why it might matter, and — often — a suggested next step.

Reading the feed

Insights are ordered by priority, so the top of the feed is the AI's best guess at what deserves you first. Each one shows how confident the AI is and how serious the finding would be if it's right — a low-confidence, high-severity item is worth a skeptical look; a high-confidence, low-severity one might just be housekeeping.

Make it yours

  • Pin an insight to keep it at the top while you work it.
  • Snooze one to make it disappear until later — it comes back when the time passes.
  • Hide what's not useful; hiding is yours alone and never removes it for teammates.

Acting on an insight or dismissing it moves it out of your open feed. Some insights expire on their own when they stop being timely.

Why a teammate sees different insights

Insights follow the same permissions as the records they came from. If you and a colleague cover different locations or roles, your feeds will differ — that's the application showing each of you only what you're entitled to see, not a sync problem.

Note

Insights are suggestions, not instructions. The AI ranks and recommends; deciding is your job, and dismissing a finding you know is wrong makes the feed better.
