If your organization has enabled the AI assistant, it prepares work for you: draft replies, summaries, and suggested next steps based on your conversations.

You are always the decision

The assistant never sends, changes, or creates anything on its own. Its proposals wait in your approval queue, where you can edit, approve, or dismiss each one. An unreviewed proposal simply waits — nothing happens without you.

Reviewing well

  • Read drafts before approving; the assistant is fast, you are accountable.
  • Edit freely — an edited approval sends your version, not the original draft.
  • Dismiss anything unhelpful; you're not required to act on suggestions.

Rate what it does

After an action runs, you can rate it and leave a note — and even without rating, what you do with each suggestion (approve it, edit it first, or dismiss it) quietly teaches the system what good looks like for you. Editing a draft before approving is especially useful feedback: it shows exactly what the suggestion should have been. None of this is busywork with no destination — it's read by the people tuning the assistant, and it's why the suggestions get better over time.

If the assistant seems to stop

Assistants have a daily action budget. Late in a busy day it may pause until tomorrow — that's normal and resets automatically.
