Signing in and your account

Access your workspace, reset a password, and keep your account secure.

You sign in at the web address your organization gave you, with your work email and password.

Forgot your password?

Use the reset link on the sign-in page. You'll get an email with a one-time link — it works once and expires, so request a fresh one if it's been a while.

Locked out?

Too many wrong attempts locks sign-in briefly for your protection. Wait 15 minutes and try again; if you still can't get in, contact your administrator — they can confirm your account status.

Keeping your account safe

• Never share your password; administrators can create accounts for colleagues who need access.
• If two-factor authentication is offered, turn it on and store your recovery codes safely.
