BuildWithHQ groups work into three focused consoles. They reuse the same login, session, APIs, and authorization; this split changes navigation, not what your identity is allowed to do.

Navigation location is not authorization. Every backend request still enforces the existing account, app, role, DataRole, location, and capability rules.
