Create your account
Sign up, verify your email, and secure your account before creating anything.
Your builder account is the owner of everything you create, so a couple of setup steps are required before the platform lets you build.
Sign up and verify your email
Create your account with your email address and a strong password. A verification link is sent immediately — you must verify your email before you can create an application or invite teammates. This is a hard requirement, not a reminder.
Protect the account
Turn on two-factor authentication under account security. You'll scan a QR code with any authenticator app and receive a set of recovery codes — store those somewhere safe; each one works exactly once.
After 10 failed sign-in attempts within 15 minutes, sign-in is locked for 15 minutes. This protects your account and cannot be lifted early by support.
Trials and activation
New accounts start on a trial. When a trial ends, the platform enforces it automatically — you'll be prompted to choose a plan to continue. See Plans and trials.
