# Signing in and your account

Access your workspace, reset a password, and keep your account secure.

You sign in at the web address your organization gave you, with your work email and password.

## Forgot your password?

Use the reset link on the sign-in page. You'll get an email with a one-time link — it works once and expires, so request a fresh one if it's been a while.

## Locked out?

Too many wrong attempts locks sign-in briefly for your protection. Wait 15 minutes and try again; if you still can't get in, contact your administrator — they can confirm your account status.

## Keeping your account safe

- Never share your password; administrators can create accounts for colleagues who need access.
- If two-factor authentication is offered, turn it on and store your recovery codes safely.
